Trust, Privacy & Terms

What we collect:

• Your email and sign-in info, so we can authenticate you.
• The plans, missions, and messages you create in the app.
• Voice recordings are sent to a transcription service to turn into text, then discarded — we don't store the audio.
• Basic usage info (e.g. which route you were on) when you send feedback.

What we don't do:

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't show ads.
• We don't share your plans with other users.

Delete your account anytime from Profile → Advanced → "Delete my account permanently". This permanently removes your profile, plans, missions, and chat history. You can also email hello@keyx.co if you'd rather we do it for you.

• Use KeyX for personal planning. Don't use it to harm, harass, or deceive others.
• You own the plans you create. We won't claim them.
• KeyX is provided as-is, without warranties. We do our best to keep it running, but can't guarantee uptime or perfect AI output.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or our AI provider's policies.
• Paid plans renew until you cancel. Manage billing from your Profile.

• Auth is handled by a managed provider — KeyX never sees your password.
• All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
• Data is scoped per user with row-level security, so only you can read your own plans and messages.
• Voice audio is transcribed and not retained.
• Messages you send to the coach are processed by a third-party AI provider — don't paste sensitive info you wouldn't want processed by an AI service.
